Coe contributes to Red Cross Hurricane Relief Fund

In the aftermath of one of the worst natural disasters to hit the US, Coe Newnes/McGehee and Coe Manufacturing employees opened their hearts to the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

Shortly after the extent of the devastation became apparent, Coe management offered to match, dollar for dollar, all contributions made by employees from their Canadian and US facilities. The total amount raised was over $30,000 US.

We are pleased and grateful for the generosity shown by Coe employees, and we want to send our heartfelt wishes that those affected by Hurricane Katrina find the resolve, with aid from the nation and the world, to get their lives back to normal as quickly as possible.
