Exciting News from Coe Manufacturing!Painesville, Ohio, U.S.A. - 5 September 2003 There are substantial projects in the works for Coe's Engineering and Production teams as a result of the hard work by our Sales team. Projects include BioScan installations, lathe machinery and VME controls upgrades, dry kilns and press equipment. We thank our customers for the opportunity to serve their production needs. We are proud to introduce the Parts Reference Catalogs, a team effort from Engineering and Parts Service. The Veneer Dryer Catalog was introduced last April, and there are another 6 to 7 editions slated for distribution over the next few months. They include the M-1380 and M-1390 Core Drive, M-777S Charger, Moore Dry Kiln from Portland and the Coastal High-speed Planer. We've also added Training Seminars to our Service Offerings. The first, our VME Lathe Controls Training Seminar, was offered in July, and the response has been very positive, so much so that another session has been added for October. This session will be offered on a quarterly basis. In addition, D*TEC Scanning & Optimization for the 2000/96 and 5000 systems is also being offered in late October and early November. Content and material is being prepared for other Seminars that will cover all the product lines from Coe Manufacturing. In addition, improvements have been made to create a much more interactive website at www.coemfg.com. There is a Promotions page, directly accessible from the home page via the Promotions button. We've added a PowerPoint presentation about Coe OEM Diagnostic Services, Payback Calculator for D*TEC Scanning & Optimization, as well as many other downloadable files featuring new product and service offerings, promotions and training seminars. We will be adding many other user-friendly features in the months to come, including multi-media presentations and other product line payback calculators. Finally, we have put the finishing touches on our Customer Newsletter. This will be sent regularly on a quarterly basis. The report will contain valuable information from various facets within the organization such as Engineering, Parts Service, Production, Sales, etc. Our goal, which we are 100% committed to, is to continue improving the products and service we provide to you, our Most Valued Customers!
