Coe Manufacturing Appoints New CEOPainesville, OH, U.S.A. - June 23, 2003 John will be responsible for the operations of both Coe Manufacturing and Coe Newnes/McGehee. He will also serve on the Board of Directors of both companies. To allow John to focus his energies on accelerating the progress of Coe Manufacturing, Craig Williams, President and CEO of Coe Newnes/McGehee, will continue to report to Brian Esher for the balance of this year. John brings a wealth of executive level management and experience to our team having been most recently Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board for Industrial Powder Coatings of Norwalk Ohio. John oversaw the growth of this company to be the second largest custom powder coatings company in North America. Prior to this, John was the President and CEO of MVE Holdings Company of Minneapolis, MN, a $210 million dollar manufacturer of industrial liquid gas containment products and systems. John also held executive level positions in General Signal Corp. where he served as the President of its General Signal Pump Group; Lightnin' Mixers, where he served as Vice President and General Manager. At Gleason Corporation, John was Managing Director of their Tooling Division located in Plymouth, England, and Vice President of Worldwide Manufacturing. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of ENBI Corporation in Rochester, New York. Earlier in his career John also held senior management positions at Ingersoll-Rand and Tioga Casting Company.
