Coe Manufacturing Company Announces New Additions to Management Team

Coe Manufacturing Company recently announced several additions to its management ranks. At its Painesville, Ohio headquarters, the following management additions have been made:

James A. Wojtila, Chief Financial Officer
William F. Loucks II, Director of Manufacturing Operations, Ohio
Paul H. Michaels, Strategic Sourcing Manager
David D. Michel, Elecrical Engineering Supervisor
Robert B. Ray, Controller
Kathleen J. Lazar, Credit/Contract Manager

At Coe's Tigard, Oregon Western Operations, the following individuals have joined the Company:

Stanley D. Nelsen, Vice President - Business Development Sawmill/Wood Products
Thomas A. Wells, Manager of Hydraulic Engineering
Bret H. Hensley, Controller of Western Operations

President and CEO, Darryl Dillenback states, "these management additions continue our efforts to strengthen our team, in preparation for a market upturn, expected in the second half of 2001".

Coe Manufacturing Company of Painesville, Ohio, dates back to 1852 as a Sawmill Machinery manufacturer. Today, Coe is an independently owned, major international machinery provider to the Forest and Building Products, Rubber and Laminates industries. They operate four manufacturing facilities in the United States and Canada with approximately 600 employees.
